What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and secure checkout options such as Shop Pay. You can also pay via Bank transfer. For a complete list of accepted payment options, please refer to our Payment Options section.

All orders are processed in NZD and GST invoices are available

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes—before dispatch. Contact us ASAP with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, changes/cancellations aren’t possible. If there’s an issue, we’ll help under our returns policy.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns in two cases:

  • Change of mind (14 days): Item must be unfitted/uninstalled, in original packaging and resaleable. You can choose replacement, exchange, store credit, or a refund of the product price. Original shipping isn’t refundable, and return shipping + a small handling fee are paid by you.
  • Fitment Guarantee / faults / damage:
    If we confirmed fitment by VIN/registration or OEM part number and it doesn’t fit, we’ll cover return shipping and replace or refund in full, including your original shipping.
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos (outer carton, label, inner packaging, item) and we’ll repair, replace, or refund and cover return shipping (for Tasman-arranged shipping).

Some items aren’t returnable unless faulty (e.g., installed electrical parts, airbags/safety items, hazardous goods, custom orders, gift cards, clearance items).

What happens if I don't like it?

No problem—within 14 days of delivery you can return it unfitted/uninstalled in its original packaging for a replacement, exchange, store credit, or a refund of the product price.

  • You cover return shipping and a small handling fee; original shipping isn’t refundable.
  • If the reason is fitment and we confirmed it by VIN/OEM before purchase, that’s covered by our Fitment Guarantee—we’ll pay return shipping and replace or refund in full (including original shipping).

How do I know if the parts is the right part?

We make fitment easy even without OEM numbers on the page:

1. Send us your VIN (or NZ rego/plate)
We’ll confirm compatibility against manufacturer data before you buy.

2. Tell us your vehicle details
Provide make, model, year, engine, and (if known) body style/trim and production month/year—these often affect fit.

3. Share a quick photo of the vehicle or existing part (if possible)
A clear photo of car, mounting points / connectors / plug shape helps us verify the exact variant.

4. Rely on our Fitment Guarantee
If we’ve confirmed fitment via VIN/reg and it still doesn’t fit, we’ll replace or refund (see Returns Policy for conditions).

Tip: If you’re unsure, just contact us with your VIN/reg and a brief description—we’ll do the cross-check for you.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes. All parts are covered under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.

  • Genuine OEM: manufacturer warranty applies.
  • Premium Aftermarket: backed by our quality guarantee.

If anything is faulty, we’ll repair, replace, or refund as required.

Shipping

How fast is shipping?

Auckland: order before 1 PM for same-day delivery.

Nationwide: same-day dispatch on weekday orders before 2PM. Next-day dispatch on weekday orders after 2PM.

Tracking is sent as soon as your order ships.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link once your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We ship within New Zealand only. International shipping may be added in future.
