We accept returns in two cases:
- Change of mind (14 days): Item must be unfitted/uninstalled, in original packaging and resaleable. You can choose replacement, exchange, store credit, or a refund of the product price. Original shipping isn’t refundable, and return shipping + a small handling fee are paid by you.
- Fitment Guarantee / faults / damage:
If we confirmed fitment by VIN/registration or OEM part number and it doesn’t fit, we’ll cover return shipping and replace or refund in full, including your original shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos (outer carton, label, inner packaging, item) and we’ll repair, replace, or refund and cover return shipping (for Tasman-arranged shipping).
Some items aren’t returnable unless faulty (e.g., installed electrical parts, airbags/safety items, hazardous goods, custom orders, gift cards, clearance items).
